Emily Woll, MS, is passionate about optimizing the impact of the creative talent that powers Osmond Marketing. As COO of Osmond Marketing, she has streamlined production to deliver greater value to clients. Her core values are integrity, positivity, and persistence, and she applies these principles consistently to all of her work with clients, employees, contractors, and partners. In 2020, Emily’s HR excellence was recognized by Utah Business Magazine, who named her a top Utah HR Professional.
After graduating with honors from Brigham Young University with a degree in dietetics, Emily followed her love of research and science to obtain her master’s degree in human environments from Utah State University. She leverages this training as an advisor and contributor for health content and health-related topics. Emily also holds certifications as a Hubspot Agency Partner and a Salesforce Certified Administrator.
Emily is obsessed with healthy eating and loves to explore the world. She has visited more than 20 countries on five continents (her time living in China inspired her to learn to speak Mandarin) and infuses her cooking with local flavors from many of these countries.

Gentry Cox is a social media specialist with a passion for creation. After earning her cosmetology license, she spent 18 months in Atlanta, Georgia, on a service mission as a Facebook administrator and content creator. Doug Fox

Doug Fox joins the Osmond Marketing team after a 35-year career in print journalism. After a five-year stint at the Daily Spectrum in St. George, Utah, Doug worked 30 years at the Daily Herald in Provo, gaining a wealth of experience in multiple leadership positions across several newsroom departments — including sports, features/entertainment and news — before finishing as Managing Editor. For 17 years he produced the Herald’s weekly entertainment section and personally provided in-depth coverage of the Utah concert scene while winning awards for writing, editing and humorous headlines. Doug, a 2016 inductee into the Utah Softball Hall of Fame, can still be found playing competitively on diamonds throughout the West, despite his waning ability to lock down the 5-6 hole. The Foxes are still most at home at the ballpark, where Doug’s wife helps run the local baseball and softball programs, Doug coaches and the kids play.

Keslie Remer is a designer with a passion for typography and color schemes. A native of Oregon, Keslie graduated from Brigham Young University with a BS in Technology and Engineering with a graphic design emphasis. Her experience includes designing posters and animating training videos for BYU’s Office of Information and Technology; creating, fixing, and processing Adobe Illustrator pieces as a production artist at Cricut; and creating logos and other branding pieces for several startup companies and mobile apps
Krystee Miller

Krystee Miller is a web designer with a passion for psychology. She was introduced to web design while working at an agency that developed a children’s television show, Andy’s Airplanes. After leaving the agency, she worked for Digital River as a subscription marketing manager. Realizing her passion was in web design and photography, she accepted a job at Sound Concepts (now Verb) working with international MLM businesses such as Xango, Tahitian Noni, and Young Living. Krystee left Sound Concepts to pursue a freelance career and has helped businesses in many industries reach their web and marketing goals.
Krystee and her sons, Mesa and Noah, raise piglets and goats on their small farm. Her passions are baking, photography, traveling, playing guitar, and remodeling campers.
Adam Orchard
Director of Photography
Adam Orchard is a passionate video producer with experience ranging from filming web content for small, single-person productions to working with large crew productions in TV and film. In his six short years in the video industry, he has worked with such clients as McDonalds, Air Canada, Action Target, Central Bank, and various TV and film producers. Before starting with Osmond Marketing, Adam owned and operated his own video production company and even worked as an outside contractor for some Osmond clients.
He has been trained as an FAA Certified drone pilot and loves it when he gets the chance to bust out the drone for some epic aerial shots. (Ask him about flying his drone on the Great Wall of China sometime.) Adam is also a dedicated husband and a father to three beautiful kids. He enjoys the great outdoors as often as he can and will rarely turn down an invite to go eat tacos.
Jonah Napoli

Jonah Napoli is a project manager with broad experience as a journalist, designer, producer, and audio engineer. A graduate of Weber State University, Jonah holds a BA in Multimedia Journalism, specifically literary journalism. He has been published in five newspapers and has written hundreds of on-air scripts and online articles for Fox 13 News. He has also published web pages, blog posts, infographics, and eBooks for multiple companies, including Evelar Solar, Utah Flood Cleanup, Call It Home, The Vein Institute of Utah, and Pathways Real Life. In a previous life, he worked behind the scenes at the largest community theatre in the nation for 15 years and drove a tour bus cross-country while also working as an audio engineer for a podcast. When he’s not writing, Jonah can be found reading any book he can get his hands on, adding to his vinyl record collection, and upcycling used furniture.

Garrett Kent Cozzens is an award-winning Mexican and American multidisciplinary designer of fresh, calculated, and hand-crafted media. He found his passion for design as he volunteered for two years in Lithuania, where he was heavily influenced by Baltic culture. Garrett has created many projects, including documentaries, original animations, websites, brand reveals, and more. His clients have ranged from professional YouTubers, financial advisors, and entrepreneurs to FMG Suite, Allucent, BYU-I, and the Arbinger Institute. His products can be found in 26 countries and have impacted thousands. Outside of design, Garrett enjoys European ethnography, microarchitecture, cinema, cooking, and the cold side of the pillow.

Lathum Nelson has a colorful public relations background, having spent a decade at one of the nation’s leading entertainment PR agencies. There, he secured television, print, online, and radio exposure for clients like David Bowie, Ozzy Osbourne, Tom Petty, and Depeche Mode. Next, Lathum found success at an award-winning graphic design/web development agency where he managed marketing projects from scope to completion for Johnson & Johnson, Adobe, and international mining leader Boart Longyear. He also served as the communications manager for women’s clothing manufacturer Agnes & Dora, proudly learning the differences between peasant, bell, kimono, and dolman sleeves.

Spencer Bugg

Spencer Bugg draws upon extensive training in a myriad of multimedia disciplines and six years of experience designing for various clients across a wide spectrum of industries and interests to bring a creative flair and professional polish to any project. He obtained a bachelor of fine arts in illustration from Brigham Young University. When he’s not drawing, animating, or designing, his interests range from Australian history to wild raptor aviculture to Turkish cuisine. Phil Chadwick has been designing for over 25 years and has a passion for creating strong brand identities. Before joining Osmond Marketing, he spent six years as design editor for Healthy Magazine. Other recent marketing clients include Intermountain Healthcare, Hoopes Vision, HSA Healthplan, R&R BBQ, and Blue Lemon. He helped Costa Vida grow from four stores to over 50 and oversaw all the original marketing and design for The Donny & Marie Show in Las Vegas—currently in its tenth year, with over 1,500 performances. He is the recipient of several first-place design awards from the Society of Professional Journalism and received his design education from Brigham Young University. Phil enjoys skiing, backpacking, going to rock concerts, and being with his family.

He later earned a degree in business marketing from Western Governors University. His degree led him to Osmond Marketing, where he fulfills his passion for writing for a number of respected companies and outlets, including Famifi and The Dad Website. He also manages content and PR campaigns for Mars Candy, Simplus, InXathlete, Newconfig, and The Ensign Group, one of the largest healthcare conglomerates in the world. Grant Smith

Grant Smith grew up with a love for illustrating and hoped to one day be a famous cartoonist. Once reality kicked in, he changed his degree from illustration to information systems with an emphasis on graphic design. He soon found an obsession with web design after taking only one HTML class in his CS bachelor’s program (at that point, he mistakenly thought CSS was useless). After graduation, he picked up some books and has been a self-taught professional web designer since 2012. Grant’s love for and talent in web design has contributed to huge increases in web conversions and profits for the companies he has worked for, including Grand Canyon University, RC Willey, and Response. He has four great kids and an amazing wife with whom he loves to spend time. He’s had two pet fish, the most recent of which was sent to a watery sewage grave by his over-curious five-year-old son. Grant enjoys snowboarding, clashing, playing with his family, and being involved in his kids’ sports; he’s purchased mountain bikes in hopes that he’ll get to mountain bike eventually. He hopes to eventually publish his own children’s books, create some games, and start a webcomic. Even further in the distance, Grant hopes to one day finish his basement.

Dianne Mineer is a writer, editor, and graphic designer with a passion for all things social media. She has an extensive background in the hospitality industry, which took her education throughout Switzerland and Austria. She enjoys writing about healthcare, healthy living, business, and anything that has to do with food. Jeff Cook is cofounder and chief financial officer of Osmond Marketing. He has a diverse finance background with extensive investment management experience in real estate and corporate finance. Jeff has managed a diverse portfolio of real estate assets for multiple clients totaling over $5 billion in asset value (over 1.5M commercial SF and 60,000 residential units) and led the underwriting effort for the acquisition of development and operating assets with an estimated capitalization of over $1.5 billion (over 2M commercial SF and 10,000 residential units). Since 2005, he has underwritten and negotiated the origination of $700 million of asset-level debt and has participated in negotiating the restructuring of over $1 billion of corporate and asset-level debt with multiple lenders. Jeff has 16 years of valuation and management experience and holds a BA from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
Amy Osmond Cook, PhD

Amy Osmond Cook, PhD, is an editor and writer with experience in nearly all types of writing—from blogs to articles to full-length books. She received her BA and MA in English and her PhD in communication. She has taught writing and communication classes intermittently for the past fifteen years at BYU, ASU, and the University of Utah. Katherine Kireiev brings 17 years of experience in journalism and PR across key private and public sector industries, most recently as a print and digital editor for The Salt Lake Tribune, winner of the 2017 Pulitzer Prize. Katherine’s experience includes brand management for publicly-traded Myriad Genetics, as well grant writing for Utah’s STEM-based public schools initiative. Katherine lived and studied in London’s Kensington embassy district before graduating from the University of Utah with a BS in mass communication, and she worked to advance the state’s foreign diplomacy initiatives under former Utah governor Mike Leavitt as a liaison to Russia before, during, and after the 2002 Winter Olympics. Katherine’s knowledge and network are both wide and deep, and she will work ardently to elevate and polish your brand’s public profile.

Francisco Calderón is an educator, entrepreneur, and full-stack developer. He loves WordPress—that’s why he cofounded the Guatemala WordPress community and became a WordCamp speaker. He’s been in the web development industry for over 10 years, working as a developer, consultant, and project manager. He also cofounded Flatbox—a company dedicated to IoT solutions and a finalist of the IoT / M2M Innovation World Cup 2017—and has been in charge of integrating WordPress with IoT solutions. Anibal also was the founder of ImagineGT, a custom software development company in operation from 2009 to 2015. Anibal is now part of the team of web design and development of Osmond Marketing. He is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science at the University of San Carlos of Guatemala.
